WeatherDataAI have spent millions of dollars over the last 25+ years working with global weather data sector. Raw data, from a multitude of government sources, private weather networks and Earth Observation platforms, is assimilated into proprietary numerical weather prediction (NWP) models.

This model output, analyzed and refined using the latest AI technologies, powers WeatherDataAI’s clean, high-resolution global daily gridded weather database — available for any use case you need.

With a 28 km² (17 mi²) resolution, this gridded dataset provides consistent global coverage, making it ideal for large-scale spatial analysis, mapping, or modeling. For more targeted needs, you can also order data for specific single locations with the same accuracy and reliability.

Multi-Location Order Interface

Using the WeatherDataAI multi-location data interface is simple and only requires three selections to customize your data order (countries, variables, and years)!

1. By either clicking countries on the map, or using the countries drop-down menu, select the countries to which you want data
   • Need countries from a whole continent? Use the continent selector to quickly choose all countries in a continent
2. From the variable drop-down menu, choose the weather variables you require
   • Select the units of the variable, either METRIC or IMPERIAL
3. Select the Years you would like, or use the years range selector do select a range of years (e.g. the last 5 years)
   • If you select the current year (2025), your file will contain data up to the order data minus 7 days

When happy with your selections, click the ORDER DATA button at the bottom of the order form

Single-Location Order Interface

Using the WeatherDataAI Single Location data interface is also simple and still only requires three selections to customize your data order (your point location, variables, and years)!

1. Using your mouse and scroll wheel, pan and zoom to your exact location, click on the map to select a location.
   • To change your location, click elsewhere on the map.
2. Similar to multi-location interface, use the variable drop-down menu, choose the weather variables you require
   • Select the units of the variable, either METRIC or IMPERIAL
3. Select the Years you would like, or use the years range selector do select a range of years (e.g. the last 5 years)
   • To access current year (2025) data, subscribe to our daily update service, to get the latest observational data for your location

When happy with your selections, click the ORDER DATA button at the bottom of the order form

Easy Payments

1. For both multi and single location orders, review your order summary on the pop-up menu
   • If you would like to change your selections, click “MODIFY ORDER” to be taken back to the selection page
   • When happy with your selections, click the “PROCEED TO ORDER” button
2. Enter your contact information
   • Please ensure your email address is correct, your order summary and confirmation/data access will be sent to that address
   • if you are also interested in receiving real-time forecast daily forecast data for your selected regions, click the checkbox to be contacted by WeatherDataAI support
3. Enter your credit card information
   • WeatherDataAI uses Stripe as its payment processor and we NEVER collect or retain any credit card information.
   • If your order cost is too large to pay via credit card, please reach out to support@weatherdata.ai, where we can manually process your order and facilitate alternate payment methods
4. Click ‘Submit Order!’ and wait for your order confirmation. Please check your spam folder and add order@weatherdata.ai to your safe sender list.

Multi-Location Data

For multi-location orders, our automated weather engine will process your order right away and should be ready within 15 minutes (if you do not receive an email confirmation that your order is ready in 24 hours, please email support).

Your data will be spilt into separate variables and years and converted into Comma-separated value (.csv) format. This way, you can easily use the data in whatever way you like with no complex geospatial data formats or data conversions required.

WeatherDataAI uses the cloud-based storage Dropbox, to house your order. Once uploaded to the cloud, you will be send a link to the password secured Dropbox, where you can download your data. Your data will be available for 7 days once processed. If you require extra storage time for your order please email support@weatherdata.ai ASAP, and we will extend your data expiration date.

Single-Location Data

For single-location orders, our weather engine will process your order as soon as you confirm your order, right then and there, providing you with a link to download your data..

Your data will also be emailed to you with your order confirmation. If your download fails and you do not receiving an email within 5 minutes with you data, please contact support@weatherdata.ai.

If you wish to download your data from the application, please do so within 10 minutes, after that time period, the link will become inactive.

Your data (all variables and years) will be in a single .csv file. No complex geospatial data formats or data conversions required.
